[edit]I do not see any grammatical errors on this page, but I think it could do with more information. Unfortunately, I am not sufficiently knowledgeable in this field to provide the information.But is going to be found
Background of the Case
Changed "traveling with seven black males" to seven white males. Also the page stated that all the males were thrown off the train when only six of the white males were. Powell v. Ala., 53 St. Ct. 55,57 (1932).
I removed the link to the John Crawford Anderson page, as it was to a 19th Century New Zealand politician, not the Alabama CJ, who does not appear to have a page.
