Images and media
[edit]There is an ongoing discussion on the talk page of the parent article regarding overuse of images and video throughout the article, but I think the same conversation should be had about this article. Again, I am happy to see much content being uploaded to Commons and added to Wikipedia, but I think we can be more selective about what we display throughout the article's prose. Thoughts? ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:05, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
Merger discussion
[edit]To be perfectly honest, I find this article completely unnecessary, and its creation unwarranted due to an ongoing discussion on Talk:Protests against Donald Trump regarding a potential split of the protests against Donald Trump article, which hadn't reached consensus by the time this article was created. There are also issues of WP:UNDUE, WP:RECENTISM, and WP:INDISCRIMINATE, which were pointed out by another user. I suggest merging this article back to the main protests article until an actual consensus can be reached on the aforementioned talk page discussion. Parsley Man (talk) 00:05, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
- Support merge. There was no wide consensus for this split and the discussion linked above suggests consensus against two separate articles. – Finnusertop (talk ⋅ contribs) 00:09, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
- Comment - Article has been merged back. Discussion will continue on other talk page until consensus is reached. Thank you. Parsley Man (talk) 00:12, 17 November 2016 (UTC)
- Comment - This article is up for discussion again for splitting.
