Kalawao County, HI

[edit]

Since plastic bags are still legal in Kalawao County, Hawaii, should we list Hawaii under the jurisdictions with complete bans? Even though it only has 90 people, the existence of the county proves that plastic bags are not technically banned in all of Hawaii. --Numberguy6 (talk) 21:00, 4 October 2019 (UTC)[reply]

US Map - Commonwealth of Virginia to change to Purple on 1 January 2022

[edit]

The Commonwealth of Virginia will need to be updated to "Purple" status on 1 January. I don't know how to update the map. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Froglife94 (talkcontribs) 18:33, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

My bad - it can be updated now actually. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Froglife94 (talkcontribs) 18:40, 27 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Entry Title is Incorrect

[edit]

The article doesn't just cover bans; taxes / fees are also included. Therefore "Regulation of Plastic Bags in the United States" is a more appropriate title.

Bexley and Cleveland implemented their bans in 2022, after the state ban expired.

However, Cincinnati never implemented their ban.
