Controversial loans to hiring of Kwame Kilpatrick

[edit]

Why doesn't this article discuss the loans to and subsequent hiring of convicted Detroit mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, as cited here? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.157.234.80 (talk) 19:34, 25 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

@JayCoop: From what I'm seeing in the references in this article, the use of "Jr." in the subject's name may be their WP:COMMONNAME. It seems that some sources use "Jr.", and some do not. Steel1943 (talk) 21:26, 9 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I am leaning towards oppose because they are very rarely referred to in sources without the Jr. So their commonname would include it. -DJSasso (talk) 18:38, 15 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
