Paul Lee (basketball)Paul Lee – The other people with the same name are not as notable as this person. –Angelo6397 T A L K! 10:52, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

  • Oppose I think the criterion is the one with the most pageviews, not the "most notable". I also do not believe that he is the most notable among those people. Babymissfortune 11:58, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose fails the criteria of long-standing significance. Note that Nom has moved the dab page Paul Lee. that needs to be restored by a technical move. In ictu oculi (talk) 12:05, 24 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose. He's not obviously of significantly greater notability than any of the others, so you would need to show some real evidence to support the assertion. Notability is not determined solely by who you have or haven't personally heard of — it's determined by fame or significance to the world at large, not just who's most famous in the Philippines. (I'm Canadian, for example, so Paul (Sun Hyung) Lee the actor is by far the most famous person listed on the dab page in my world — but who I have or haven't heard of before isn't the controlling factor either. I would need to show hard evidence that he was more notable than anybody else on the list, and couldn't just assert it as a self-evident fact.) I've also moved the dab page back to its original location — if this discussion closes in favour of the proposal (which I strongly doubt it will unless the nominator coughs up some actual evidence to back up the claim), then the dab page will be moved accordingly, but in the meantime the nominator is advised that he is not allowed to preemptively move that page in advance of this discussion being closed. • Oppose. There are nine entries at the Paul Lee disambiguation page, with no convincing evidence that the basketball player is not only more notable than the other eight, but that the extent of searches for him is greater than that of the other eight combined. —Roman Spinner (talk)(contribs) 07:52, 26 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
