– None of the titles "Out West" is a clear primary topic associated with the phrase. The Gomez album usage may be the most familiar to fans of the English rock band, but arguably not to film historians, hip hop enthusiasts, or magazine readers. Additionally, there are many other films and television episodes titled "Out West". Thus, per WP:NOPRIMARY, the base name should be the disambiguation page. --Animalparty!
