I just noticed that the url you gave above is a Wikipedia mirror website of the article Mansions of Rastafari. Do you know of a website that is not a mirror of Wikipedia? – PAINE ELLSWORTH CLIMAX! 19:39, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
No I do not. I didn't know if it was a mirror, that was why Iposted here and not marked it myself. -(tJosve05a (c) 19:48, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Just to do a double check, I compared the yawiki site with an article that I've been involved with a long time. There were my many edits, precisely word-for-word. There are numerous websites like that on the web that mirror Wikipedia. It's always good to question possible copyvios, though, so thank you very much for bringing this up! Thanks for the corrections

[edit]

Aris chmod777 (talk) 03:10, 9 June 2013 (UTC) hello and thanks for the corrections. As you see, this is my first try to write an article. Feel free to make what ever changes you want. The nyabinghi rhythm should definitely have its one article and it is something totally deferent from the Mansions of Rastafari article. nyabinghi is the basic rhythm of reggae. Yes it is something that rastafary used but it is also something that has to do with music and Ethiopian history. As you see in the Mansions of Rastafari article there is a question posted saying that the article makes no sense because it confuses these tow things. I made this article after many people told me that they can't find concentrated information about this rhythm. Please tell me what corrections should I make before deleting the whole article. thank you[reply]

As this is your first article let me say that you are a quick study, because the structure is much better than most first articles I've read. You could still benefit from reading about the Articles for creation project. I have been to Ethiopia, so let me wish you Betam Exeristaleyn! – PAINE ELLSWORTH CLIMAX! 20:42, 10 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Merge

[edit]

hi, I've set out a mergetemplate on https://wiki.riteme.site/wiki/Nyabinghi_drums which suggests to merge/fix/expand a section of this article with it. I left the discussion on that talk page too, I'm not very experienced with deep editing on wikipedia so I would appreciate help in this. --CatCat (talk) 16:54, 25 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Music or gathering?

[edit]

Is this article about a style of music, or a gathering? The lead reads as though it belongs with a completely different article. Retswerb (talk) 02:11, 17 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
