[edit]From: Talk:Homestead station (North Bergen):
There are zero references provided as to the name change, which was short lived. Until such time as there are, use the referenced name.Djflem (talk) 17:26, 21 June 2021 (UTC) Djflem (talk) 19:06, 21 June 2021 (UTC)

1943, 1950, 1960, 1959. Go nuts and maybe check your sources first. Mitch32(sail away with me to another world.) 18:03, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
1942 in non-Erie sources. Mitch32(sail away with me to another world.) 18:24, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
@Mitchazenia: Checked my sources and am well aware of North Bergen station name (Is that your point?) and made a choice how to cast the article. Not sure if you're claim (from edit summary) about last name is a valid one or one that supported by policy. If you want to make changes, first read Wikipedia:Citing sources. Use sources available make your case, but in a better version then the first three you've added. (Click on them, they appear to be bad link). Could live with North Bergen (Homestead) station, as called in ICC ref.Djflem (talk) 18:51, 21 June 2021 (UTC) Djflem (talk) 19:08, 21 June 2021 (UTC)

- Standard operating procedure is to use the final or current name of the station. The station name of Homestead was gone by 1943. North Bergen was the railroad station name at the end. I've been on this site for 15 years and damn well know how to cite my sources. I do work on this railroad because I know of what I speak with hundreds of sources. I've fought with you nonstop for years about how badly these articles you make are, including poor use of See also sections. I am willing to mediate this, but I'm tired of the same stuff again and again.Mitch32(sail away with me to another world.) 19:08, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- I'm going to apologize for my tone above. I think we can work this out, but I can tell you, rather than starting all these, just let me know you are and I can provide you lots of sources usually. There is a lot you have to learn on formatting but it's all fixable. For example, there are tools to use proper citations. Also, you really shouldn't copy and paste all these things. There are noticeable copy and paste errors. Mitch32(sail away with me to another world.) 23:52, 21 June 2021 (UTC)
- There's been plenty of time to add citations as required per Wikipedia:Verifiability and the opportunity to format them your liking. Please use proper edit summaries when doing so (adjust, for example, is not a good one). Djflem (talk) 06:46, 18 July 2021 (UTC)
