Should the title have a space?

The current title of this article is Nishinomiyanajio Station, but the photograph of the station facade clearly shows the name as Nishinomiya Najio Station. Should the article be moved to reflect the sign? Slambo (Speak) 11:16, 1 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
