This article is written in Canadian English, which has its own spelling conventions (colour, centre, travelled, realize, analyze) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.
I feel like there's more to the history of a shopping centre than stores opening and closing, although the demolition and redevelopment thing is potentially confusing and should be sorted out, too. Should that be its own seperate section or a subsection under history? Should the history section itself be renamed? I don't like having only one sentence in the history section, there should definitely be more than that. I need to look into all this more. I guess it'd be a good idea to look at other articles about shopping centres to see if there's something I'm missing that's crucial and looking for more sources in general.
