– Now that News Corporation has been split into 21st Century Fox and the new entity which calls itself News Corp which is a unique name, that should be the name of the article. Steelbeard1 (talk) 21:30, 2 July 2013 (UTC)

News Corp → News Corp (2013–present) – The original and spin-off News Corp companies have nearly identical page views several years following the spin-off. Since the original company is still of high profile, the spin-off should be disambiguated by its year of establishment and the "News Corp" namespace be redirected to the original company and clarified by hatnote since the spin-off is comparatively second in importance. WikiRedactor (talk) 03:44, 22 March 2019 (UTC)--Relisted. – Ammarpad (talk) 16:05, 29 March 2019 (UTC)
- comment News Corp and News Corporation did not exist at the same time, and both articles have hatnotes pointing to the other. 21st Century Fox was the legal successor to the older company after News Corp was spun off. I would object to the name of the current company becoming a redirect to the former company. If this move goes ahead, the current title should become a disambiguation page. --Scott Davis Talk 04:19, 22 March 2019 (UTC)
- I support the move proposed and the conversion of the resulting redirect to a dab, for the reasons outlined above. UnitedStatesian (talk) 01:37, 30 March 2019 (UTC)
