Hazing
[edit]The abuse of hazing took place? What about the very hazing itself? Or just the effects of hazing has occurred on this Academy? —Preceding unsigned comment added by Elryacko (talk • contribs) 22:06, 29 August 2008 (UTC)
- The article is clearer now, thanks. The sarcasm wasn't necessary. If we stick with published information and summarize it carefully, we should be OK, even when some of the facts are uncertain. —Patrug (talk) 20:08, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
Tentative deal to stay open..
[edit]I would like to make a simple observation and point out that only a "tentative" deal has been reached in order to continue with operations. Please conduct proper research prior to editing the page is such a way that skews reality. --Wikiport (talk) 03:56, 7 July 2010 (UTC)
- See this. -- Hoary (talk) 00:10, 17 July 2010 (UTC)
- Yes, I saw that there was again a tentative deal. If you'd like a link to the meaning of the word, I'll be happy to oblige, otherwise just Google it. Regardless, I see that the deal has gone through. --Wikiport (talk) 20:05, 20 July 2010 (UTC)

Superintendent
[edit]Hello, The order of Superintendent and President is incorrect. The president (Anthony Desa) should be above the Superintendent (Gen. William Beard). Can someone who knows how please make that change. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 174.71.232.3 (talk) 17:16, 16 February 2015 (UTC)
- The superintendent position has been vacant for many months, and doesn't currently appear in the infobox, thanks. —Patrug (talk) 20:08, 7 November 2015 (UTC)
Alumni
[edit]Several people who did not graduate are listed among notable alumni. They are not alumni by definition.--~TPW 18:33, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
- What definition is that? Alumnus disagrees with that restriction. - BilCat (talk) 19:09, 7 August 2017 (UTC)
Someone included the note "It is famous for admitting President Donald Trump between 1959 and 1964" in the opening paragraph of this article. This is not the reason the school is famous, and indeed the fame of the school is likely why the Trumps sent their son in the first place. As a similar comparison, Harvard is not famous because future presidents attended, but rather future presidents attended because Harvard was already well-known. I've omitted the line and make sure he is listed in the Alumni section. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.164.169.175 (talk) 23:32, 20 November 2020 (UTC)
