For notability issue, clarified Harvard Reynolds Fellowship, and added that Aidchild was the first to provide free anti-retroviral therapy to children in Uganda. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ndunigan (talkcontribs) 23:03, 24 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Several Wiki pages now link to this one. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ndunigan (talkcontribs) 23:07, 24 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

There are two articles about the person rather than the organisation, but it's a marginal case, considered against the notability criteria at WP:BIO. – Fayenatic L (talk) 08:38, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry. I don't understand the above comment.--Ndunigan (talk) 09:57, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The question was whether the subject meets any of Wikipedia's relevant criteria for notability, as explained at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Nathaniel Dunigan. I'm assuming from your answer there that you understand it in answer to the above as well. – Fayenatic L (talk) 19:53, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Also added another publication, award, and a presentation to the Dalai Lama. --Ndunigan (talk) 09:57, 25 April 2012 (UTC) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Ndunigan (talkcontribs) 09:49, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The citation given does not confirm that it was published (other than self-published on your own website), nor that it was presented to the Dalai Lama. All it says is that you were one of 13 winners in an essay contest, which is not much of an award. We should remove everything that does not have a citation from "reliable sources": see WP:IRS.
There are limits on what we can take from self-published sources, see WP:SELFPUB, so the article should be cut back to what is stated in independent sources, especially for things like awards that would confer notability. – Fayenatic L (talk) 19:53, 25 April 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Let's merge. How do we do it? --Ndunigan (talk) 11:18, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the reminder. I missed the closing of the AFD on my watchlist. I have done the merge. -- Whpq (talk) 13:41, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Likewise! (I was doing it at the same time and we had an edit conflict). I kept my version as I had rewritten more of the original material e.g. social entrepreneurships.
In case you ever want to merge anything else, it's basically a matter of copy, paste, remove duplication, and re-focus. Then redirect the original page. – Fayenatic London (talk) 13:46, 14 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
