Notability

[edit]

"The only student run record label with a national distribution deal through a national record label" I'm not convinced of the notabiltiy of this page. I'm going to wait a couple of days before deciding whether or not to AfD it. --evrik (talk) 19:03, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I'm not really sure what you're agenda is here. I add back a notability tag to a page you've edited and you add a notability tag to something that I've recently contributed to? Seems fishy to me. Feel free to take it to AfD, but I feel that it would be a bad faith and bordering on retaliation. If this is in good faith, I apologize but I can't help but wonder at the timing. --ImmortalGoddezz (t/c) 22:14, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • I take umbrage at the fact that you would accuse me of retaliation, especially after I just gave you a barnstar ... anyway, I just stumbled across this page today. I think it should go the way of the Drexel Shaft. --evrik (talk) 22:21, 28 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Take umbrage, though as per above I apologized if your motives are sincere. If you really feel that it doesn't pass notability guidelines please by all means take it to AfD. --22:30, 28 April 2008 (UTC)

Renaming

[edit]

Is "Music Industry Entities" the ideal name for this page? "MAD Dragon Music Group" is more distinctive, and seems like like something more people would search for. The Midnite Wolf (talk) 02:28, 27 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the move request was: moved. MAD (all-caps) seems to be the WP:COMMONNAME according to sources cited, such as NPR, AP, and Philadelphia City Paper. (non-admin closure) Rotideypoc41352 (talk · contribs) 02:22, 28 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
