Clarification Needed: Relationship Status of Victim and Murderer[edit]

No, Hooperbloob it is not relevant. You make a good point. It is even less relevant now that more substantive factual evidence that is supported by official sources, e.g. the police and courts of Pakistan, have been communicated through local, national, and international press. Support per nomination. There are 23 inline cites accompanying this article and all of those refer to the event as murder. The form "Death of..." is grossly inadequate in this specific instance regardless of verdict. Support. People aren't accidentally decapitated with a knife. She was clearly murdered, whether or not the trial finds this individual guilty of it. Just plain common sense. You don't have to have a legal verdict to have a murder, otherwise we wouldn't describe Jack the Ripper's victims as being murdered.
