Federal Civil Rights Filing US by Korean Attorney[edit]To whom it may concern I have filed a 38 USC 1983 complaint pro se against the FBI, St. LUCIE County Sheriff's Office and the 19 th Judicial Circuit. I was arrested in 2008 on a charge that should have been handled federally because the federal government maintained exculpatory evidence in FBI intelligence files as a then federal and state undercover contract auditor for the USSS, the justice system and law enforcement. Prior to arrest I was admitted to Old Star by filling out a form and receiving a membership pin in the mail with an acceptance letter. Old Star is the Association of Former US Secret Service Agents Inc. When I worked for CIA as a contract recruiter and clandestine service officer SOG/SAD I posed for some pictures that are featured on secretservice.gov I was involved in in an incident that the CIA felt would make it hard for me to work and they suggested a disability for mental illness through Social Security which would provide a measure of plausible deniability should anyone pursue me. I called the Boise, ID US Secret Service office to confirm that Old Star and their Association of Former US Secret Service Agents Inc. was a legitimate law enforcement [veterans] organization and I submitted a tip to tips.FBI.gov to make I wouldn't be exploited as well as others. I was arrested with the pin after claiming to be US Secret Service by an ICE Special Agent who handed me off to Fort Pierce PD working. Navy SEAL muster at the US Navy SEAL Museum in Fort Pierce, FLORIDA. Please consider accepting my case pro bono. I am of limited means. The sheriff and the courts have taken a heavy handed approach to managing me as if I were a rapist on parole often having informants and court contractors intervene to falsely accuse of impersonating a USSS SA a charge I was acquitted of with no facts other than the psyche reports admitted as evidence. I am stalked by the morning walk rape pose, and veterans have assaulted me by giving me bad food labeling me as something akin to a faker when part of my contract audits developed under Clinton, and renewed under Bush and Obama are to audit civil rights and understand impersonation so that it can be taught in CIA training facilities [the farm] and the Sherman Kent University remembering that sometimes CIA sources are vulnerable individuals and even those wrongfully incarcerated or hospitalized to shield them from hostile or foreign intelligence efforts. I consistently shared my insight and was promised a starting pay of around $75,000 in the end of 1996 when I did something politically positive for the Clinton Administration. I was promised covert status and sufficient funds through a plausibly deniable source which turned out to be Social Security Disability for my expense account. Additional I would test drugs for immunology to support the needs of nuclear workers and intelligence officers who need to have a high tolerance to toxins and drugs that they may be exposed to during the course of their duties to prevent disaster or to react to disaster. Ministry of National Defense (Republic of Korea) → Ministry of National Defense (South Korea) – South Korea is the common name for Republic of Korea Idh0854 (talk) 04:36, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
- Support per WP:NC. South Korea is more recognizable, natural and consistent with the country's article. Zarcadia (talk) 14:37, 13 March 2014 (UTC)
- Support for consistency. Subtopics should use the name for the topic. bd2412 T 12:20, 14 March 2014 (UTC)
