Merge proposal
[edit]I propose to merge Minister of Communications and Information Technology (India) into this article since there is not enough content to qualify two separate articles. -- Pankaj Jain Capankajsmilyo (talk · contribs · count) 11:42, 7 January 2016 (UTC)

Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (India) → Ministry of Communications and Information Technology – disambiguation not needed -- Pankaj Jain Capankajsmilyo (talk · contribs · count) 13:34, 6 April 2017 (UTC)--Relisting. TonyBallioni (talk) 16:02, 14 April 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose the article is only about the Indian ministry so the disambiguation is very much needed. Yashovardhan (talk) 06:47, 21 April 2017 (UTC)
- Oppose why is this the primary topic? Pppery 14:17, 21 April 2017 (UTC)

Closure of the Aircel telecommunication company and the sufferings of the tower site owners.
[edit]The Aircel telecommunication company was started in India and erected more than 9000 towers in Tamilnadu from the begining the Aicel company was giving a good service to the public in India and all of a sudden from Nov.2017 the Company announced as Bankrupt and closed all the activities from that date onwards. No maintenance works was carried out on the Towers for the past one year and almost all the towers are rusted and about to fall if any calamities occurs like earthquake or similar. Unless the Ministry or the local body authorities take any steps to remove such Towers the accidents due to these towers cannot be prevented. So on behalf of the owners of the sites on which the towers are erected we request the Ministry of Telecommunication and information to take suitable action on removing these towers and save the property and the lives of the site owners who have given their top portion of their buildings for the welfare of the Indian public to use the cell phones easily and made the communication so popular in India. Please do something to remove such unmaintained towers of Aircel company. The President,(K.Ramasamy) Tele towers site owners welfare association. 718, Kannan Nagar Sanganur Road, Ganapathy, Coimbatore-641006 Tamilnadu.
