Microsoft LumiaLumia (smartphones) – At this point the Lumia line of smartphones is dead. This means, for the purposes of WP:NAMECHANGES, relatively recent sources talking about this topic will be describing the smartphone line in retrospective terms, with roughly similar usage for either "Nokia Lumia" or "Microsoft Lumia". Throughout most of its period of existence (late 2011–early 2016), the line of smartphones was branded "Nokia Lumia"; the line was only rebranded "Microsoft Lumia" in late 2014. In addition, the best-selling Lumia devices are branded "Nokia Lumia". Google Trends data for the past 12 months suggests much higher popularity for "Nokia Lumia" than "Microsoft Lumia" in both worldwide and the US. This shows that the name "Microsoft Lumia" fails WP:RECOGNIZABILITY. feminist (talk) 17:03, 28 November 2019 (UTC) Relisting. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 14:23, 6 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
