The comment "His rides included a classic winner, Boucher" suggests (wrongly) that he rode the horse to win the St Leger in 1972. Nice1al (talk) 23:10, 30 April 2014 (UTC)

Michael W. Dickinson → Michael Dickinson (horseman) – the article previously existed under that title but was moved to Michael W. Dickinson. I don't believe this is a good disambiguator, Dickinson is not known by a middle initial and the disamniguation guidelines advise not using a middle initial or name if the subject was not commonly known as such Bcp67 (talk) 13:38, 22 January 2016 (UTC) Relisted. - Support middle initials very rarely WP:RECOGNIZABLE In ictu oculi (talk) 14:59, 22 January 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose: Per Natural disambiguation and WP:MIDDLES. Parenthetical disambiguation is ugly, clunky and though the recognizability issue is a factor, the reality is that everyone searching for him will land at the dab page regardless. I read WP:RECOGNIZABLE to primarily address stage names or names like F. Scott FItzgerald, and WP:NCPDAB to apply with all other rules fail. JMO. Montanabw(talk) 04:19, 23 January 2016 (UTC)
