Things to improve

[edit]

I am aware of a few deficiencies here:

  • Is there a better reference for her areas of historical study than her own LinkedIn?
  • Is there an RS reference for her experience in the military? I don't want to add it and only reference it to her video. It is mentioned on her LinkedIn but only in a way that isn't very informative so I don't think it is good enough.
  • Is there anything RS about her education work? She has spoken on video about doing LGBT education for Swedish local government.
  • Does anybody know about her playing R2D2 in a play? That seems... unlikely. Is this maybe a joke? --DanielRigal (talk) 22:34, 12 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Searching for the exact title cited in the bio brings up only a few results, one of which is this: https://www.facebook.com/events/906688002773574/?paipv=0&eav=AfaiFKObjn_rcDMrr9rwTrJDwpxv5pS4GRLpeCEB3mt34kOXF3zdK8bEHi2FJ2TnRNA&_rdr
It looks like a local theatre group production, so it's entirely possibly that she played a variant of the character of R2D2. Regardless, the event in itself is not noteworthy enough or related to her noteworthiness for inclusion in wikipedia. 2403:4800:34A7:3900:C82B:5433:937B:6BA6 (talk) 05:39, 2 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Some additional sources we might be able to work in somewhere?

Subject now holds elected office in Sollentuna?

the finalized results have not been published yet.

Well, the citation in the article is not even that tweet (and doesn't back the claim), but I rather agree that a YouTuber's informal tweet isn't an appropriate source for a claim of election. Do you know when the results will be finalised and made public? I've commented out the text in the meantime. — Bilorv (talk) 22:19, 18 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I would imagine that publishing the official local election results get lower priority than the national ones so maybe we have to wait a little longer. I can't see anything in a Google News search. I'm sure she has been elected though. If you click on the preliminary results and the preliminary distribution of mandates (as Google Translate calls it), it says that the Left Party won 4 seats. She was number 3 on their list so there is almost no chance that she has not been elected. Also, she Tweeted about doing some of the paperwork for the role. I'm sure it is a matter of when, not if, but there's no rush to include the fact, so long as we keep an eye on it and notice when results are released. — Bilorv (talk) 10:13, 19 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Result here: https://resultat.val.se/val2022/slutlig/KF/kommun/01/0163 They got 4 seats and she was elected third. DanielRigal (talk) 00:18, 28 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]

The subject of this article is not only a relatively well-known YouTuber, she has also been elected to public office. There's gotta be some photo of her somewhere that's in the public domain, right?

At a minimum, it should be possible to just ask her directly for a free image. But I do want to figure out whether any of the official images of her are freely available first. Loki (talk) 19:21, 6 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
