Marshall Mills → ? – No clear primary topic over the building in Leeds Marshall's Mill which is "Marshall Mills" in the listing and has 98 views compared with only 7[[1]] for this one. Most Google and Images results are for the Leeds mill. The mill also likely has more long-term significance than this footballer as its been around for over 200 years and since its listed will probably be around far into the future. The date of birth and death aren't even known of the footballer. Marshall Mills (American football) would be the obvious choice but it seems that there is another that was active in the 1970s at fr:Marshall Mills which would probably be notable there. There is also Commons:Category:Marshall Mills (International Monetary Fund). I'm unsure on the target but I suggest creating a DAB at the base name or redirecting this title to a DAB. Oppose move. This is an unnecessary disambiguation at this time. "Marshall's Mill" is similar, but not identical to "Marshall Mills". If an article for another Marshall Mills is created, then disambiguation here may be in order. Note that I've expanded this article, adding the subject YOB, DOD, and more. Seems he may be as notable for his mining and manufacturing business career as his college football career. Jweiss11 (talk) 06:09, 22 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Marshall Mills (American football, born 1877) then? As noted some sources call the building "Marshall Mills" which is identical, see WP:PRIMARYREDIRECT. Crouch, Swale (talk) 08:37, 22 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oppose move per Jweiss11 as unnecessary disambiguation. A hatnote at the top of this page already takes care of anyone who may be looking for the building, which has a different name than the subject of this article. Ejgreen77 (talk) 15:08, 22 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
