Removed promo blurb etc.

This article seems to have been created by a single-issue editor with a possible (probable?) COI, and contained a lot of peacockery and promotional blurb. I've just done a comprehensive tidying-up, but there remains a problem with the almost complete lack of citations, so for all I know the remaining contents may still be open to challenge; for the same reasons, I'm not entirely convinced about notability. -- DoubleGrazing (talk) 11:18, 20 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello DoubleGrazing. Mr. Kaplan is a renowned caricature artist, who has been published globally no less than 15,000 times. He then parlayed this into an award-nominated career in film and television. The notability is quite evident. I will make sure that there will be multiple editors. Thank you so much.
