Talk:Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games
Obviously, this page needs protecting.
[edit]Because of this one user, who I know as "Fidel", who keeps vandalising and won't take a hint. 81.133.95.248 (talk) 08:28, 27 September 2015 (UTC)
- And the talk page also needs protecting from Fidel too. 85.210.183.37 (talk) 17:14, 27 September 2015 (UTC)
- @85.210.183.37: Fidel? Who's he? ~ NottNott talk|contrib 17:37, 27 September 2015 (UTC)
- He's the IP vandal I told you about on my talk page. --The1337gamer (talk) 17:38, 27 September 2015 (UTC)
- @85.210.183.37: Fidel? Who's he? ~ NottNott talk|contrib 17:37, 27 September 2015 (UTC)
I will have to ask this again, can someone please protect this talk page? 85.210.191.96 (talk) 18:08, 4 October 2015 (UTC)
Legit information
[edit]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INWgBr1S_d4 This gives us a new release date of February. 85.210.188.28 (talk) 16:55, 13 November 2015 (UTC)
Official Website
[edit]https://www.nintendo.co.jp/3ds/bgxj/index.html and with a list of characters, no less. That way it'll be obvious to tell what's genuine and what's Fidel-ism. 92.24.132.219 (talk) 17:42, 3 January 2016 (UTC)
- That is good, though, for the record, per WP:GAMECRUFT, we really don't want a character list in the article at all. Still, it's a good reference point. Sergecross73 msg me 22:29, 3 January 2016 (UTC)
- I'm not suggesting a list of characters, I'm meerly saying that way it'll be easy to tell if Fidel is vandalising. And besides, it's an official site, doesn't it need to be in the article anyway? 92.24.132.219 (talk) 08:30, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- Gotcha. I was just making sure you weren't proposing a character list now that we could make one that wasn't a hoax or speculative. Perhaps I jumped the gun, but editors are generally quick to propose or add that sort of thing. And yes, usually the official site goes in the external links section, and it makes more sense than the generic link currently in there... Sergecross73 msg me 13:18, 4 January 2016 (UTC)
- Awesome. But I can't add it, since it's locked to IPs, obviously. Just thought I'd leave it there. 92.24.132.219 (talk) 00:16, 7 January 2016 (UTC)
- Oh right, I forgot. I've added it. I don't usually add external links, so if I've messed up on the formatting or style or something, feel free to correct. Sergecross73 msg me 13:43, 7 January 2016 (UTC)

- Can you provide a source for the Wii U date? Sergecross73 msg me 17:30, 12 February 2016 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure this is Fidel again, just being desperate. 92.29.117.60 (talk) 08:14, 16 February 2016 (UTC)
- Since nobody has posted a source, I'd recommend deleting it. 2.97.209.209 (talk) 18:39, 17 February 2016 (UTC)

Dave & Buster's Las Vegas
[edit]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3D939M-UWyA
That YouTube video has footage of the game being played at Dave & Buster's in Las Vegas, NV.
I'm not adding it to the article or anything, because I don't know how. Just showing a link to the machine. Perhaps somebody else would like to edit the article. Thanks. 98.160.232.161 (talk) 17:36, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
