[edit]Mandana is a tv personality and fashion executive with significant achievements. She has a large audience and exposure. Roxannekittens (talk) 03:20, 7 August 2013 (UTC)
- Okay, I've had a word over at our notability noticeboard and the opinion offered there, along with myself is that she doesn't meet our notability criteria, at least not yet, based on the information provided. Can you offer anything further to support your claim? Dolescum (talk) 16:21, 8 August 2013 (UTC)
Here is another article recently written about her: http://www.thezoereport.com/mandana-dayani-rachel-zoe/ — Preceding unsigned comment added by Roxannekittens (talk • contribs) 05:20, 17 October 2013 (UTC)
Needs neutral tone and a heavy edit
[edit]I have added the "written like a resume" note to this article, as it has been recently bulked up to include non-neutral language and resume-like opinion about the subject of the article. Non-neutral language is not appropriate in a BLP. It looks like that extra language was added by a single user just before the article's subject took a new, prestigious job. 68.150.212.127 (talk) 02:07, 4 September 2021 (UTC)

Alright, I went through and did a general edit to remove content that was explicitly in conflict with WP:TONE, WP:RESUME, WP:AUTOBIO, and WP:MOSTEXT. I added a ton of wiki markup to make sure the people and organizations listed were linked to one another, though many do not have Wikipedia pages themselves. Since much of the content was created by a single user in July of this year, who themselves have only edited a single article (this one), I highly suspect this was written by the subject of this article or their employee. I hope another more engaged editor can go through and cull this article further to bring it more in line with what's expected of a BLP. 68.150.212.127 (talk) 02:55, 4 September 2021 (UTC)
Yes! — Still filled with puffery and inconsistent / non-referenced material. The brand-new article description is a good example. She is important but there seem to be flacks shilling for her, distorting the BLP principles. I’m new and don’t yet know a lot of tools that need to be applied, but this is ridiculous. I am going to take a crack at the description. Left Central (talk) 05:33, 25 February 2022 (UTC)
- Okay I updated this to remove a lot of the resume-ish stuff someone wrote. 67.188.80.99 (talk) 19:08, 26 February 2023 (UTC)
Archwell?
[edit]Her principal employment seems to be the MD of Archwell, Harry and Megan Windsor's charity vehicle.
Why is it not there? Rustygecko (talk) 00:23, 22 November 2021 (UTC)

Pre 2010
[edit]It says she left a company but nothing about early career. Rustygecko (talk) 00:24, 22 November 2021 (UTC)
