Lately, User:Mianmailsi who edited as User:Tehsilmailsi before today has been making very odd edits. The edits have been removing section headers and replacing them with bold, inserting a virtually no content external link, and removing every reference on the page. I don't really get the feeling that this is vandalism, but it is unconstructive. I've asked the editor to stop and discuss, but seems to refuse (instead creates another account).
