-19 to -1: 1 Solution; -14 to +4: 36 solutions; -9 to +9: 12+7*2 solutions (*1); -4 to +14: 36 solutions; +1 to +19: 1 solution

(*1): if you negate the 12 it's like turning them by 180 degrees, the 7*2 are pairs....negate all number of one and you get the "partner" -> 12+44*2=100 possible solutions for Order 3.

Number range -18 to +18, sum of 0 and negating the solutions is like turning it by 180 degrees....3626672 solutions exist. The complete number of solutions with sum 0 is currently unknown.
