There is no support for the proposal, which is opposed by two editors on the basis that the current name represents the most common transliteration. I will create the redirect.(non-admin closure) Havelock Jones (talk) 09:49, 12 October 2021 (UTC)

- @Kyleraeconway and John Cline: queried move request Anthony Appleyard (talk) 19:52, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- The English language source in the article shows his name as Mofizul. The article appears to be at its proper title now.--John Cline (talk) 19:44, 25 September 2021 (UTC)
- There are multiple ways to transliterate Bengali. The majority of sources use Mofizul ([1][2][3][4][5]) but some use Mafizul ([6][7]) one uses Mofijul ([8]) and one uses both Mafizul and Mofijul on the same page ([9]). Absent evidence that he has a consistently preferred style of transliteration for his name, the article should not be moved. A redirect may be created from Mafizul Islam Khan Kamal as an alternative transliteration. --Worldbruce (talk) 15:05, 30 September 2021 (UTC)
