No disambiguation is necessary; by romanization difference, I was pointing out that, correct me if I'm wrong, "Maborosi" is the Kunrei-shiki romanization, where "Maboroshi" is the Hepburn romanization. Per WP:MOVE#Moves where the target name has an existing page, non-administrators can only move a page over another page if that page only has one edit in its history and is a redirect to the page trying to be moved.
