Legit entry

[edit]

This is a lagit entry, someone has defaced this page and it needs to be reverted by the the last edit by me, 6XGate

I've already reverted it; although the article still needs to be cleaned up (wikification). By the way, you can sign and date your talk page entries by including four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your message. -- Hadal 06:12, 11 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Mobicon people would know me as "Monkeyboy" I've attempted to wikify the page a bit, I've added a lot more information and links. Somebody who knows better then I needs to add the finalized guests(if any) for mobicon X. Also the guests section needs some work, can't decide to if I should do a complete list or who exactly to list. I don't want to guests section to dominate the page.... but at the same time I don't want to offend any of our excellent and friendly guests. Odds are I made at least 2 major mistakes and 5 minor ones. It's wikipedia, wrong? don't like it? Change it. BE BOLD. Defraggler 08:04, 16 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This goes to a dab page. I'd change it, but I don't know which link is the correct one. Can someone fix that? Vegaswikian 23:28, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

For people that are avid Gamers. The word Gaming refers to everything on that list except gambling.
Among it's many facets, Mobicon is a "Gaming" Convention. Unless it's against wikipedia policy to link to a dab page, I see no reason to change it......... unless someone has an alternative link or way to state the sentance? I guess I could link to gamers instead, but it just doesn't seem right. Something to think about. Defraggler 22:43, 22 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Well it appears that there IS a rule about linking to DAB pages. Wikipedia:Disambiguation_pages_with_links I stand corrected. 8> 68.63.55.198 03:47, 28 February 2007 (UTC) Defraggler 03:48, 28 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

In reference to your recent edit to this article. What part of WP:EL does a link to the official forums violate?68.220.161.193 23:08, 9 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Cleanup Tag

[edit]

I have reverted to page to a non screwup version. I have removed the cleanup tag.

I don't think that this should be deleted but the vast majority of this article is written in a promotional, non-wikipedia type manner. I tagged it because it just needs such a massive rewrite that it needs to be drawn to the attention of the wikipedia editors. There's merit to this article but again, it just really needs a huge rewrite. What is written here sort of comes across as original research and isn't really backed up by sources. I'll try to help improve the article but it needs a lot of work. Tokyogirl79 (talk) 09:30, 26 September 2011 (UTC)tokyogirl79[reply]
