@Yashkolambekar: the consensus of a group of editors in a discussion that ended yesterday is that MC Stan is not a notable person and therefore not suitable for a Wikipedia article at this time. • There was a community decision at AfD to redirect this. What you should do is create a draft and then put it up for review. If the subject turns out to be notable now, the draft will be moved over the redirect. If the subject still isn't notable, the draft will be rejected and the redirect will stay in place.
