Checking the translation

@Jamez42: -- I would like to check two things with you about this translation:

Is it appropriate to refer to this person as "Valera" in the article? Or is "Valera Galvis" better?
I translated "operación estética" as "cosmetic surgery", which in English would refer to surgeries like these: Plastic surgery#Cosmetic surgery procedures. Is that correct?
