Non-free use of File:Warsaw videogame screenshot 2.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Warsaw videogame screenshot 2.jpg. However, there is a concern that the use of the image on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. Details of this problem, and which specific criteria that the image may not meet, can be obtained by going to the image description page. If you feel that this image does meet those criteria, please place a note on the image description or talk page explaining why. Do not remove the {{di-fails NFCC}} tag itself.

An administrator will review this file within a few days, and having considered the opinions placed on the image page, may delete it in accordance with our criteria for speedy deletion or remove the tag entirely. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you. — Ирука13 23:24, 27 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed non-free use rationale for File:Warsaw videogame screenshot.jpg

[edit]

Thank you for uploading File:Warsaw videogame screenshot.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale provided for using this file on Wikipedia may not meet the criteria required by Wikipedia:Non-free content. This can be corrected by going to the file description page and adding or clarifying the reason why the file qualifies under this policy. Adding and completing one of the templates available from Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your file is in compliance with Wikipedia policy. Please be aware that a non-free use rationale is not the same as an image copyright tag; descriptions for files used under the non-free content policy require both a copyright tag and a non-free use rationale.

If it is determined that the file does not qualify under the non-free content policy, it might be deleted by an administrator seven days after the file was tagged in accordance with section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions, please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.

This is an automated notification. Please refer to the page's history for further information. DatBot (talk) 00:31, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Renaming media files

[edit]

Next time, if you want a media file to be renamed, then please use the {{Rename media}} template instead of making a request at WP:RM/TR, like you did with File:Fear & Hunger 2 - Termina screenshot.png. GTrang (talk) 05:21, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

@GTrang: Oh, gotcha, many thanks! --NoonIcarus (talk) 10:28, 28 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Translation request

[edit]

Hi NoonIcarus I see you say you can translate pages from English to Spanish. I was wondering if you could create a page on the Spanish language Wikipedia for the article Kyle Kulinski please? It has other major language pages like English, German and French but not Spanish, so this would be very helpful. I look forward to hearing from you.
