Dr Shaun Roberts

[edit]

Dr. Shaun Roberts is the headteacher at this school - I would like it if people stopped vandilising it with the old headteacher - Jayne Wilson. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shaunr1337 (talkcontribs) 14:35, 21 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have generally updated the article, after several edits. I have also added references for the Academy Section, whilst I have removed the part suggesting that some people are against the academy being named after Anita Roddick, as I have not heard anything in this regards. I apologise if anyone has, and if so then please feel free to place this information back into the article. Spiritofsussex 15:12, 13 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Who is Dr. Shaun Roberts?! The headteacher of this school is, as far as I know is still Jayne Wilson, although it is thought that the students run the school for her! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 172.159.212.131 (talk) 20:27, 22 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:OW5 Poster.jpg

[edit]

Image:OW5 Poster.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Spirit of Sussex, How do you know so much about the school??

[edit]

Very up to date LCS stuff, where does the info come from?

NPOV

[edit]

"College students also take great pride in helping students lower down in the school in events like 'The LCS Factor' as well as other drama department productions. Overall, most students feel that the college is a superb place to study and learn in a relaxed adult environment, which is delivered excellently through the college teaching staff." —Preceding unsigned comment added by Neverender 899 (talkcontribs) 22:21, 17 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Please can you tell me what is wrong with the above comment? Thanks. 92.13.85.74 (talk) 17:59, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I think the issue was the latter comment of the college being a superb place to study. Whilst this is generally the feeling amongst students, there is no official polling or surveys that support this, and also this does not take into account the people with views to the contary.

Anyhow, I have edited the comment to make it neutral, so there should be no more problems. Spiritofsussex (talk) 18:22, 18 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
