POV edits

[edit]

@FreeatlastChitchat: According to WP:BOLD, some of your edit was not WP:NPOV. For example, "derogatory epithet" has POV or this sentence "It is usually used by Islamist terrorists to recruit terrorists and by Shia speakers to propagate hatred towards Israel. The term also features heavily in contemporary Iranian propaganda". Your changes was not perfect and good. I added some of your edit in the new version.Saff V. (talk) 07:39, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@Saff V. saying that it is derogatory is not POV. If someone calls you or anyone calls another a devil, it is a derogatory epitaph. Secondly I have told you many times, self published sources are not reliable. so please using self published sources. furthermore, your edits are using very very poor english, I corrected your grammar mistakes, do not revert that to include grammar mistakes. furthermore the statement "It is usually used by Islamist terrorists to recruit terrorists and by Shia speakers to propagate hatred towards Israel. The term also features heavily in contemporary Iranian propaganda" is supported by multiple reliable sources, what is your beef with it? FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 07:43, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Saff V. what is your problem with my edits? you inserted the material, I am saying that it is not reliable, it is your duty to prove that it is reliable as per WP:BURDEN. FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 07:50, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@FreeatlastChitchat:
  • The derogatory epithet is descriptive term about one epithet because you can say the epithet is derogatory and I can say good epithet. So, it is better to say that this is Israel epithet by Iranian.
  • Which source is self publish?Please mention here. Also, you wrote bad grammar in the summary and then say some thing about self publish.
  • You can add your sentence but you can not delete the old sentence that mentioned in the several sources.Saff V. (talk) 07:53, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@FreeatlastChitchat: You must first participate in the discussion but you just want revert the old version without any conclusion. I think that you love edit war. I will report your behavior.Saff V. (talk) 07:56, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Another problem of your edit is Israel's prime minister statement, you wrote part of his statement and summarized it according to your idea. The original statement is here.Saff V. (talk) 08:01, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • @ Saff V., Great Satan click on this and read the first line. The very first line. Then copy and paste the first line here so that we can know for the record that you have actually read that line.
  • Sons of Issachar for the 21st Century, The Prophecies of Abraham, Why Care about Israel?: How the Jewish Nation Is Key to Unleashing God's Blessings in the 21st Century, are all unreliable sources.
  • Your bad grammar is evident from the highly bad english in sentences such as
  1. Also, communities that believe Messiah and Muslim called the United States of America as great Satan or Babylon and Israel as little Satan
  2. Other source such as the Glasgow Herald Colonel Gaddafi was the one to use it for Israel.
  3. in previous years when Hashemi Rafsanjani was president of Iran, although the United state and Israel were great and little Satan, respectively, economical and commercial relations between Iran and Satans was not ceased
  4. Prime minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, was declared that in view of Iranian diplomacy the United States of America is great Satan and Israel small Satan. FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 08:03, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@FreeatlastChitchat:If my grammar is bad you must edit the sentence not delete it and add your sentence. I think that copy editor users are better choice for grammatically edit. If you have problem with references you can not delete the text. You must investigate the source with another user. You have not complete information about sources.Saff V. (talk) 08:22, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Saff V. actually 'NO'. I can delete any material that is not reliably sourced. And I can understand, read and write good English, therefore I Can copy edit your poor grammar. You have no right whatsoever to undo such of my edits which copy edit and remove unreliable sources. I do have complete information about sources, what extra information do I NOT have which only have? Do be kind enough to put it right here. And you have still not done what I asked you to do in the first line. Great Satan click on this and read the first line. The very first line. Then copy and paste the first line here so that we can know for the record that you have actually read that line. FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 08:27, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Sa.vakilian: What is you idea about above source that mentioned by FreeatlastChitchat?Saff V. (talk) 08:33, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@FreeatlastChitchat: Changing one sentence to another sentence in the another source is called grammar edit?!!!!!!Saff V. (talk) 08:33, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Saff V.. first things first , you were complaining about POV. So have you even read the article I asked you to read? I plainly said Great Satan click on this and read the first line. The very first line. Then copy and paste the first line here so that we can know for the record that you have actually read that line.. this is the first matter. should we use derogatory or not. If you agree with me, please inform me of your agreement instead of talking about other matters, so that we can lay this to rest and move forward. Next time you comment please be kind enough to either agree with me, or copy paste the line and give your reasons as to why you do not agree. FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 08:36, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@FreeatlastChitchat: I am disagree with using of derogatory word in both article. Each person who read the article can judge about the epithet. When you use derogatory term, in fact you add your idea about this tittle. In both article derogatory has POV problem.Saff V. (talk) 08:46, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@FreeatlastChitchat and Saff V.: Which source do you mean?--Seyyed(t-c) 09:59, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

@ Seyyed these ones
Also, communities that believe Messiah and Muslim called the United States of America as great Satan or Babylon and Israel as little Satan.[1][2][3][4] FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 10:01, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

No, these sources that mentioned by FreeatlastChitchat: Sons of Issachar for the 21st Century, The Prophecies of Abraham, Why Care about Israel?: How the Jewish Nation Is Key to Unleashing God's Blessings in the 21st Century, are all unreliable sources.Saff V. (talk) 10:03, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
@Saff V. your lack of competence is again obvious here. Can you not see that the sources are given at the end of the statement i copied? FreeatlastChitchat (talk) 10:05, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
We sent our response in the same time. So, I deleted the repeated answer. Yes, you are very competence user. This is just what you yourself think!Saff V. (talk) 10:09, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
Also, the 4,5, and 6 in the current version.Saff V. (talk) 10:06, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

POV issue in the lead section

[edit]

@Mhhossein: The lead of article has POV and biased problem. The sources of 4,5, and 6 must be investigate and then use in the article. There are another source about this topic but deleted from the lead. Please see old revision.Saff V. (talk) 09:29, 12 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Sorry for the delay Saff V., I'm doing some edits and will take care of the POV issue of the lead. Mhhossein (talk) 11:47, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I removed them after I found them dubious (apparently WP:OR). I could not find the contexts supporting them and the editor who wants to re-add them has to discuss based on the contexts which lead him to add this. Mhhossein (talk) 12:32, 21 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Benjamin Netanyahu's View's on IranLittle Satan – This article was improperly moved due to an NPOV dispute. It's about the term Little Satan, and there's no disambig conflict here. —Guanaco 05:24, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

If that's the case, we could move this article to Little Satan and include Canada or move this article to Little Satan (Israel) and create Little Satan (Canada). In any case, the "title" part is redundant. Sjö (talk) 14:33, 8 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
