Notability of individual schools

@Mompati Dikunwane: I have reverted your red linking of every school in the list that doesn't have an article. The outcome of the RFC on the notability of schools concluded that schools are not inherently notable. Degree awarding colleges are generally notable, and primary schools are presumed not notable. All schools have to meet WP:GNG or WP:NCORP. Thus, redlinking schools that are unlikely to be notable encourages editors to create stub articles that are then likely to be deleted.
