This ain't ready yet

[edit]

I don't know why this FloridaArmy person submitted it...

  • There is almost no citations
  • There are still a whole bunch of books and authors that aren't linked to their Wikipedia article
  • Every section needs a little intro paragraph explaining what the award category is for

It's still just a draft!

[edit]

There's enough draft pending review without adding any, we all know shouldn't be added.

Rename of the article

[edit]

I propose that the article be named National Jewish Book Award and to edit wikidata by copying the elements of this item [1].--Jairon Levid Abimael Caál Orozco (talk) 12:22, 14 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Repeated and unnecessary referencing

[edit]

1) There's absolutely no need to cite the reference for the award twice - once after the book title and once after the author's name again. It would be better, and easier, if we added a column at the end for references and listed it just once.

2) There are a great number of irrelevant references - if the book wins the award, listing a random review of the book as a reference is not required, nor does it correlate to the award which is the subject of the page (unless the review mentions the award specifically).

If no one objects, I propose to implement these changes by inserting a reference column and removing unnecessary references.
