Should Debby & Debbie's list of storm name pages be merged?

Debby and Debbie sound the exact same, but with different spelling. Should the two pages be merged? Something similar happened to Sara when there was a Sarah and Sara. Thus, this was a good question to have here.

Plus, as the page as it is, it is super short. It would also improve the length of the article if both pages merged.
