Does this list make sense?

I'm puzzled about the definition of a state "homeland security" function, if it is not strictly defined by including such language in its name. We have for example Texas Division of Emergency Management in this list but not Washington Military Department which includes an emergency management division? ☆ Bri (talk) 03:33, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
