Railway stations in Tiruchirappalli - City or district?

Will this article have railway stations of Tiruchirappalli city or district? If Tiruchirappalli city, its ok with the title and will have railway stations which are within city limits. Else, if Tiruchirappalli district, it can have a lot more railway stations in a single page with an encyclopedic approach, if so, it may be moved to Railway stations in Tiruchirappalli district.
