I am new to wikipedia and don't know how to fix a wrong link. The Swainson Island mentioned in this article has a hyperlink to an island of similar name, in Australia. The is no article yet for the Swainson Island in the Potomac River, Maryland, US Shayer (talk) 06:05, 20 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
While Vaso Island is only really accessible from the park listed in the chart, it is actually administered by the George Washington Memorial Parkway. The island is part of the national park that includes Turkey Run Park on the Virginia side of the Potomac. My sources are both the brochure for Carderock Park (possible mis-spelling) and the brochure for the George Washington Memorial Parkway.Kevin Borland, Esq. (talk) 23:36, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
