Oppose: The lead of the article makes clear it is talking about Metro Manila. That is the same scope used in List of schools in Manila and List of universities and colleges in Manila. Per WP:CONCISE it's not clear why the title needs to call out Metro Manila explicitly. The term 'Metro Manila' could make a difference if there is a desire to create separate lists for the subunits of Metro Manila. For example, List of schools in Quezon City. - Comment. How about C2D or concordance between the article's name and the related category name? New Delhi is different from Delhi and we have to be WP:PRECISE so as not to confuse our readers.
