Lucha Libre AAA: Héroes del Ring not cancelled but was a Mexican exlusive.

[edit]

I found copies of Lucha Libre AAA: Héroes del Ring in the wild on eBay for Wii and while lots of sources here and there say the Wii version got delayed and some say cancelled, the most likely thing is it became a Mexican exclusive under a different publisher that is not Konami which is Slang Publishing who also published two other Mexican exlusive Wii games including El Chavo and Atrévete a Soñar. So should we remove it from the list since it techincally wasnt cancelled and ACTUALY was released? Here is a source: https://www.giantbomb.com/lucha-libre-aaa-heroes-del-ring/3030-30637/ NakhlaMan (talk) 07:39, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

So, just a little context here - Metacritic, for a period, would list out games as "cancelled". That is what it said when I wrote that entry for it. Recently, they switched their format and started using "TBD" for cancelled games instead. That's why it looks like such a verification failure as it is right now.
That said...Giantbomb's wiki articles (what you linked to) are not reliable sources either - they fail WP:USERG, so I think I'd classify this more as "unconfirmed and needing more sourcing to verify whether it was released or cancelled" too. EBay listings don't really work either, as they're also USERG and sometimes people list unofficial/leaked versions of cancelled games too. That said, I'm fine with leaving it off the list until we get confirmation either way. Sergecross73 msg me 14:58, 19 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
