Ft. McClellan and Pelham Range
[edit]Why on Earth are these two sites NOT included as superfund sites? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 199.209.144.16 (talk) 15:31, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
- Neither site is on the National Priorities List. Pelham Range was archived from the active list in 2009, and Ft McClellan Garrison in 2011. Both sites were deferred for regulation under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976 (RCRA) ie they are being managed at state level, not federal. Keri (talk) 17:43, 19 August 2013 (UTC)
