[edit]I propose that the more indepth content at List of episodes of Power Rangers be moved to replace the current content at List of Power Rangers episodes (retaining the existing intro at List of Power Rangers episodes), since List of Power Rangers episodes is in line with the names of other lists of TV series episodes. Season individual episode lists
[edit]I wish to make articles that are lists of episode for each season of Power Rangers, although there is a list of episodes already on series articles. Mythdon (talk) 22:55, 26 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit]The mighty morphin season episodes are mixed up. the air dates say there in order but they have food fight which is episode 6 as 2 or 3. could someone please fix this if they have time.
Should this table of seasons below be numbered to 16 season as the info below it counts out. Contents
should it instead belike this

I have fixed the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Season 1 episodes because some of the episode titles and airdates of the season were not in order. I fixed them by using what Internet Movie Database had on their website. I will provided a link to this at the end. The episodes that were out of order are Big Sisters, I, Eye Guy, For Whom the Bell Trolls, Happy Birthday, Zack, No Clowning Around, Power Ranger Punks, Peace, Love, and Woe, Foul Play in the Sky, Dark Warrior, Switching Places, Ging Ho!, and Life's a Masquerade. Also the airdates for these episodes were also out of order.

- Episodes for all Power Rangers seasons are listed by what is percieved/believed to be the "intended viewing order" story wise. Its a bit subjective listing them that way I know (especially since a majority of the early MMPR Season 1 episodes were "stand alone" stories with little if any overarching plot), but there are enough bits and pieces here and there story wise to conclude that listing them by "production order" or "original airdate order" are not 100% right either (especially for the early seasons). 172.190.185.115 (talk) 22:02, 1 May 2010 (UTC)

Unaired episodes
[edit]I see the MMPR Remastered airdates are listed but not those for the last four RPM episodes. Surely either the MMPR 2010 dates should be removed or the RPM ones should be added. Digifiend (talk) 12:32, 5 December 2009 (UTC)
Season table - Original Channel
[edit]I think that the Season Table should only note the Network (and/or programming block) the season aired on first. Like with the upcoming Samurai season only Nickelodeon should be noted since the episodes will premiere on Nickelodeon. Nicktoons should be mentioned in the Samurai article itself as the repeat broadcaster but not in this article. When I revamped the table to look similar to other articles I left this in because I didn't know if there was an already established WikiProject standard. ♪♫Alucard 16♫♪ 08:40, 30 December 2010 (UTC)

60 episodes
[edit]This is not a reliable source. Saban has only said 43 episodes. They said 20 episodes in the season early on, and then changed that to 40 in the season. Not "one season of 20 episodes followed by another season of 40". And an American contributor to a British video game magazine is not a reliable source, especially for this information.—Ryūlóng (竜龙) 06:57, 5 February 2011 (UTC)

I would like to change the description of an episode, it is a false description and not from a real source. I have an official description from a real source called PowerRangersNOW.
- Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. --DannyS712 (talk) 22:39, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
Transclusion error
[edit]The list currently stops transcluding articles and templates after season 16. This is because it is in Category:Pages where template include size is exceeded after edits like [1] by Grapesoda22 to use {{Episode table}} in transcluded articles. A possible solution would be to split the list into two lists, season 1 to 15 and season 16 to 25. PrimeHunter (talk) 22:39, 7 February 2019 (UTC)
- I agree that a split would be the best option to remedy this issue. Grapesoda22 (✉) 22:48, 7 February 2019 (UTC)
- I have commented out transclusion of season 1 to 10 [2] as a temporary fix to make the list render without errors (I guess readers are more interested in recent seasons). I am not interested in the subject and will leave future decisions and work to others. PrimeHunter (talk) 23:27, 7 February 2019 (UTC)
- I'll work on splitting the lists into two. Looking at List of The Simpsons episodes which is a featured list it seems doing a split of seasons 1-20 would be a preferred option however based on the way Power Rangers has been handled over the years this may not be the best option for the readers. So the split I will attempt to try first in a sandbox will be seasons 1-reversion then this will allow the main list to keep Seasons 18-present intact. Alucard 16❯❯❯ chat? 05:42, 29 September 2019 (UTC)
- The list is split with the first fifteen seasons at List of Power Rangers episodes (seasons 1–15) however if one more template is even added to that list (or if a brave editor decides to convert the series overview table to a template) then a season will need to be moved off that list. Due to the large amounts of episodes the earlier seasons have I would recommend the following breakdown in the event future splits are needed:
- Seasons 1–10
- Seasons 11–19
- Seasons 20–??? (this could possibly hold 15 to 20 seasons max if the show stays on Nick and they keep ordering 22 episodes per season)
- If anyone has any other thoughts I'm open to them. Alucard 16❯❯❯ chat? 12:48, 29 September 2019 (UTC)

Requested move 12 July 2021
[edit]- The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: Moved to List of Power Rangers episodes (season 16–present). See also Wikipedia_talk:WikiProject_Television#Episode_list_titles and my closing comments. No such user (talk) 08:27, 18 August 2021 (UTC)
List of Power Rangers episodes → List of Power Rangers episodes (seasons 16–present) – The current title falsely implies that this list has all Power Rangers episodes when it only has episodes from season 16 onward. Blubabluba9990 (talk) (contribs) 18:18, 12 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support. The current title is indeed misleading as it doesn't have a list of all episodes. A better system is one used by Lists of Doctor Who episodes. Gonnym (talk) 09:20, 13 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support. Obviously. And redirect List of Power Rangers episodes to Power Rangers#Television series. -- Necrothesp (talk) 13:14, 14 July 2021 (UTC)
- Oppose current proposal, but support move to List of Power Rangers episodes (season 16–present) – the word "seasons" should not be plural in this context (it is not the same situation as "(seasons 1–15)"). --IJBall (contribs • talk) 15:48, 16 July 2021 (UTC)
Oppose. See Talk:List of Casualty episodes#Requested move 12 July 2021. Andrewa (talk) 17:30, 20 July 2021 (UTC)- Support (change of !vote) to keep history with content following split. Andrewa (talk) 16:32, 22 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support Brought here from the discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Television § Episode list titles. I also agree with the editors at WT:TV and the RM nominator(s). If the "season A-B" article is disambiguated, then so should related articles, such as the "season C-present" article. An article's title should be the clearest indicator that reflects the content of the article: "List of X episodes" indicates that all episodes are listed on the article, but "List of X episodes (season C-present)" indicates that only a set number of episodes are listed on the article and that the rest are at a related article. I'll be voting to support the other related RM's, with the same reasoning I've listed here. -- /Alex/21 03:41, 21 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support, but with some Tweaks. I support this to a degree, but I do think there should be some minor tweaks. Instead of renaming this current article I think an entirely new and completely separate List of Power Rangers episodes (seasons 16–present) page (similar to the Seasons 1-15 page) should be made. Then this current List of Power Rangers episodes page should be turned into kind of a primary "hub page" with all the pertinent information connected to all the seasons (like brief opening paragraph and the season overview chart) kept here but connected with links going to both the Seasons 1-15 sub hub page and Seasons 16-present sub hub page. By having this page remain as an overview/primary hub page it'll keep the links to all other articles and info boxes pertaining the episodes for all seasons as a whole relevant.50.5.62.138 (talk) 12:13, 21 July 2021 (UTC)
- Strong oppose for the same reasons at the other RMs and the discussion at WT:TV - these proposals fly in the fact of long standing convention and probably fall foul of the MOS. There is no consensus at the wider WT:TV discussion to change the way article titles have been used for at least 15 years and this would not help readers or editors. --AussieLegend (✉) 10:27, 8 August 2021 (UTC)
Note that this move created multiple problems on List of Power Rangers episodes (seasons 1–15) because sections are transcluded. I'm not sure what is the best way to fix that. --bdijkstra (talk) 08:52, 18 August 2021 (UTC)

- Please describe "multiple problems" because I do not see any on a quick skim. No such user (talk) 07:24, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
- It says "from season 16 (originally aired 2008) onward" because that part is transcluded. Also the page is in the category:Pages with disallowed DISPLAYTITLE modifications because the DISPLAYTITLE instruction is transcluded as well. --bdijkstra (talk) 23:10, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
- {{Sofixit}}. While I try to exercise reasonable diligence with post-move cleanups, it's not my duty to see and fix everything. This method of transclusion is extremely quirky and error-prone (never seen it before), and it should simply be replaced with plain wikitext. The list contains only two parts after all. No such user (talk) 09:31, 24 August 2021 (UTC)
- I didn't blame anyone for shirking duty, nor did I ask anyone else to fix it. But anyway, I took your advice and fixed it. --bdijkstra (talk) 10:09, 26 August 2021 (UTC)

Renaming
[edit]This article should be renamed as "List of Power Rangers episodes (season 16–30)" because the original series is already over. Besides, there is a new reboot continuity planned for 2025 on Netflix. Thank you. Fico Puricelli (talk) 15:10, 8 October 2023 (UTC)
