List of Michelin starred restaurants in Seoul → List of Michelin-starred restaurants in South Korea – There are a few Michelin-starred restaurants in Busan as well [1]; I don't see any reason why we should have a separate article for Busan. May as well have it all on one list. Also, I think hyphenation as "Michelin starred" is functionally a single adjective. seefooddiet (talk) 21:15, 9 August 2024 (UTC) — Relisting. - Some context: earlier this year, Michelin added a Busan guide -- one for Seoul began in 2016. In some cases, each region's guide (or rather, the list of starred restaurants) has its own page (for example, Chicago, Washington, DC, Northern California, etc. In others, we just have country-wide pages (in some cases the guides are country-wide as well). Given there are only 3 Busan restaurants, including them together seems reasonable without hurting reader navigation or comprehension.--Yaksar (let's chat) 13:42, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
- Thanks for sharing this context, appreciate it! seefooddiet (talk) 18:50, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
- Maybe when Busan has a few more, like up to 10, you can create a separate page for it to show history, context, etc. I visited Paris and Nice two weeks ago and appalled there is no list for either city nor the country, leaving readers wonder what are the tradition here for the one star. Have they ever lost in certain years? The NYC one is absolutely clear in documenting. Supermann (talk) 22:57, 10 August 2024 (UTC)
Slowly creating articles for these restaurants
[edit]I've been gradually creating articles for the restaurants on this list. It's surprising that there wasn't even a single article for it before. seefooddiet (talk) 20:20, 10 August 2024 (UTC)

Combine Seoul and Busan?
[edit]Since Busan is so small and the columns include district/location, I would propose the Busan and Seoul lists be combined into one. Thoughts? Expandinglight5 (talk) 23:32, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
- I don't think it's needed; the seoul list is already a little bloated with past restaurants, and next year there may be more restaurants for Busan. Furthermore we'd have to change the location column to be either "district, city" or just city; that'd be either lengthy or a little too vague. seefooddiet (talk) 23:59, 29 November 2024 (UTC)
