Fair use rationale for Image:Image1-sm.jpg

[edit]

Image:Image1-sm.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Moving the page

[edit]

As I stated, Wikipedia is not a guide or hints book for games, etc, and this is an example of that. 'list of objectives' in games, etc will not be tolerated. Therefore, since Hitman does not have a list of characters page, I am moving it to the new title and it will need rephrasing to meet Wikipedia standards before it is suitable. Contracts

[edit]

Where's the list for Hitman: Contracts? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.229.162.128 (talk) 14:09, 14 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Tom Steward & Frank Morgan

[edit]

I've changed the political parties of these two fictional Presidential candidates as the original author erroneously described Tom Steward as a Republican and Frank Morgan as a Democrat. Frank Morgan is heavily opposed to human cloning, he also appears with a red background colour during the newspaper reports on the Presidential election campaign throught the game implying he is a Republican. Whereas Tom Steward is Pro-human cloning and is identified by his blue background colour during the Presidential campaign reported in newspapers throught the game. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 82.14.54.189 (talk) 00:19, 31 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

47's first kiss

[edit]

The article says: "Mei-Ling is apparently the first woman who has ever kissed 47; his reaction is different in the original game from the remake. In the original Hitman, 47 reacts with significant revulsion. In the remake Hitman: Contracts, his reaction is one of detached bemusement." To be honest in my memory 47's reaction was practically the same in both games - a gesture that shows disgust. Does anyone else confirm that in Contracts his reaction is different? --94.75.96.62 (talk) 11:40, 12 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Carolanne

Wrong name

[edit]

This page is called "List of Square Enix Hitman characters". That is not strictly true. it should be called "List of Hitman characters". Sounds to me like there has been a bungle somewhere. What can be done? --ProtoDrake (talk) 09:51, 1 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I agree, the current name isn't right. I feel like it should be moved to something like "List of Hitman video game characters" or something. It might be good to mention "video games" somewhere in there, since the term "Hitman" is used plenty outside of video games. Sergecross73 msg me 16:03, 31 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Moved to "List of Hitman video game characters", as there is already a DC Hitman series list, thus the redirect at List of Hitman characters. --PresN 02:40, 18 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
