List of Davis Cup champions → List of Davis Cup finals and finalists – The main table provides all the key details about the final of each edition, with not particularly more emphasis given to the winner than to other data. The minor tables (performance by nation/continent) include nations and continents that have not won, so if the focus of the article were on winners (the tournament does not style itself a championship, so I would prefer to avoid the word champion) the likes of Belgium, Slovakia and Asia should be absent. - Support List of Davis Cup finals as a more concise option to the one proposed above. Iffy★Chat -- 13:54, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose - This is pretty standard for these types of articles to include the vanquished as well as the champion. See articles such as List of Wimbledon gentlemen's singles champions, List of Super Bowl champions, List of NBA champions, List of Stanley Cup champions, List of World Series champions, List of Scottish football champions, List of world snooker champions. So I'm not sure what's really different about this article when compared to all the others. Fyunck(click) (talk) 19:19, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
- Oppose - per the reason outlined by Fyunck. It's common practice to include the losing party in these type of lists. Don't see any need for the page to be moved. NapHit (talk) 23:19, 5 December 2018 (UTC)
