Merge proposal
[edit]- The following discussion is closed. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section. A summary of the conclusions reached follows.
- The result was merge into List of Hannah Montana main characters. -- Pigby (talk) 22:10, 9 June 2009 (UTC)
Proposal to merge this article with List of Hannah Montana main characters.
Rationale: Lilly is no more or less significant a character than Jackson, who is on this article. Both Jackson and Oliver have as much material as Lilly. I think we should either merge Lilly or give all the main characters their own pages. Pigby (talk) 03:57, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
Comment See debate and decision at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Jake Ryan (Hannah Montana) about why some, but not all, the main characters lost their articles. --NrDg 06:56, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
Merge On consideration I agree with the rationale above for this article to be merged. --NrDg 07:02, 7 May 2009 (UTC)
Merge as per above. Character has no out of universe significance and no more in universe significance than Oliver Oken. Liquidluck (talk) 00:15, 2 June 2009 (UTC)
"Lolas"
[edit]I don't remember hearing Lily or any one on the show reference her as "Lola LaBamba" at any point. I guess I am curious for a cite to this information.

Merge Lola Luftnagle
[edit]The "Lola" persona does not need its own page. It's just a puton that Lilly usues. Rhindle The Red 16:10, 4 January 2007 (UTC)
Lilly's full name
[edit]I don't remember any episode where she was called anything other then Lilly. Is there an episode I am forgetting where one was established. An IP editor keeps putting in Lillian Anne "Lilly" Truscott but refuses to give a cite. I have no problem with this name being mentioned one time in the article if it is true, just need a cite. --NrDg 17:07, 22 July 2007 (UTC)
- I don't think a full name has ever been mentioned. I also think most of the numerous "Lola" names listed are made up. Everyking 11:59, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
- Well, yes it has. in the episode Don't Stop Til You Get the Phone, Miley calls Lilly, Lillian. Simbacosta 9:04, 6 October 2007 (UTC)
No, she doesn'tDshibshm (talk) 01:06, 28 January 2008 (UTC)
I'm not sure about the Anne part but if you listen carefully right after their parents get back and her mom is honking to come on she yells out "Lillian get in the car" during the episode Lily's mom has got it going on.--T.b.77b (talk) 02:50, 30 March 2008 (UTC)
Lola Aliases
[edit]As mentioned above, I too think most of the names were made up. I have no memory of most of them after watching the episodes. I would like to remove most of them. I remember that only 2 names used in season 1, I will try to verify them and update the article. --NrDg 13:51, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
From the article:
Lilly attends concerts with Hannah Montana under the alias of "Lola". Her surname and personality are dependent on the color of the wig she uses. Some of the "Lolas" include:
- Lola LaFonda: Has a dark long, straight red wig and punk clothes. This is the only Lola disguise where Lilly brings her dog, Thor, with her in a limo accompanied by Hannah. Was first seen in Miley Get Your Gum.[1]
- Lola Lufnagle: Has a short light purple wig, and usually dresses in brightly colored light blue and purple cyberpunk-themed outfits. Was first worn in It's My Party And I'll Lie If I Want To. Lola Lufnagle is also the most seen of all the "Lolas".
- Lola Lufnagle 2: Has a new dark purple colored wig that she normally wears with black, white, and pink colored stripes. Was first seen in Everybody Was Best-Friend Fighting.
- Lola LaBomba: Has a long blue colored wig with a red headband and/or a purple flower along with loose clothes. Was first seen in People Who Use People. In both episodes that she was seen in, moose were mentioned. In People Who Use People, she claims to Jake that she is home schooled in Canada, where the moose are. In Bad Moose Rising, Miley goes to "Make a Moose" and she wears a moose outfit as Hannah during a fashion show that Lola LaBomba attends.
- Lola LaToya: Has a short orange wig and clothes with mixed-up, random colored clothes. Was first seen in We Are Family: Now Get Me Some Water!.
- Lola LaTrisha: Has a short light pink wig and normal blue, black or white colored clothes in a slight cybergoth fashion. Or red, black and gray outfits. It was first seen in Cuffs Will Keep Us Together and My Best Friend's Boyfriend.
- Lola LaRhonda: Has a short white wig and would mostly wear black-and-white clothing. Was seen in the episodes When You Wish You Were The Star, Song Sung Bad and Don't Stop Til You Get the Phone.
- Lola LaRosa: Has a short bright red wig with black and white spotted clothes. Was first seen in Cuffs Will Keep Us Together. Also seen in Take This Job And Love It and Everybody Was Best-Friend Fighting.
To add, these names were all made up by one IP editor on June 1, 2007 (Special:Contributions/65.10.135.5). They are all almost certain to be bogus. Good laugh on us for not catching it sooner. --NrDg 17:49, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
Comment on Trivia Note
[edit]I just wanted to make a comment of this note (part in question is bolded)
In Get Down Study-udy-udy and "I Am Hannah, Hear Me Croak", Lilly sings without sounding tone deaf at all. However in Song Sung Bad, Lilly's singing voice is completely different, with her sounding tone deaf and out of tune. (But on the "remixed" CD that Miley gives Lilly's mom, Lilly's voice sounds perfect again.)
From what I saw in the episode, I was under the impression that the remixed version amplifyed the instrumentals to drown out Lilly's voice. WAVY 10 Fan (talk) 19:11, 6 January 2008 (UTC)
I'm pretty sure it wasn't (anyway, any idiot would realize that it wasn't "remixed" in real life- it was actually Hannah Montana singing, but in the show, it was Lilly remixed.) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.184.243.179 (talk) 23:03, 4 February 2008 (UTC)
Any idiot would realize that it was actually Emily Osment's real voice in real life. 125.238.242.25 (talk) 08:00, 19 May 2008 (UTC)
Fair use rationale for Image:Hannah Montana S01E08.JPG
[edit]Image:Hannah Montana S01E08.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
