Location
[edit]Despite the name, the station was actually quite far away from the village of Liff, but took the name of the larger historic area of Liff which went down to the borders of Lochee, and was actually within the modern boundaries of the city of Dundee rather than the County of Angus. This can be seen from the coordinates given here (which shows it to have been beside South Road, Dundee) and the Liff, Angus article also makes clear that the station was not in the village of Liff. Indeed the area was within Dundee during the operational life of the station. Thus, I think the article should be removed from Category:Disused railway stations in Angus which it is currently in, and placed in Category:Disused railway stations in Dundee and the article should be amended to more clearly reflect the location of the station.
