A few edits

[edit]

I have made some edits to the most recent revision. Most of these are to fix up the English a little. However, a few are more substantive:

1. I changed the statement about "the Lidingö city centre" to explain that the route of Norra Lidingöbanan, which was abandoned in 1971, went right by its current location. (The previous text said that the area was not served by any present or previous rail line.)

2. I deleted the statement that said that railway crossing signals are in use at grade crossings because of the former goods traffic on the line. To my knowledge, this is not the only reason for using railway crossing signals. (Were this the case, the railway crossing signals would probably not have been retained for the over twenty years since the goods traffic ceased.)

3. The statement that the bridge prevents the use of the line for goods traffic today is deleted because I don't believe it's true (and it wasn't sourced). The real reasons the line is not useful for goods traffic today are that its connection with the rest of the Swedish railway network at Ropsten was severed several years ago and that there are no goods customers along the line today.
